1.23j: added Filemanager. This Tinymce plugin allows you to find an image file by browsing. It doubles the size of the Prestools distribution file.

   link_rewrite is automatically changed when the product name is changed if that is in your PS settings.
   in add_products (part of order-edit) some products were invisible. That has been fixed. 
   in order-edit the VAT calculation style has been changed.
